Because production begins specifically for you, these items cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders are processed once payment has been received and verified.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping timelines and fulfillment details are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
