Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with no missing parts.
• Made-to-order and customized items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.
Order cancellation
• Free within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After 24 hours but before the order ships, a 10% processing fee applies.
• Once the order has shipped, the standard return process below applies.
Return shipping
• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged on arrival
• Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Refunds
• After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
